Some. Retro Game Corps found about half of PS1 games ran fine, while Tekken 3 ran very slowly. We rate PS1 as some games.
Is the screen big enough?
For Game Boy, yes. Retro Game Corps found GBA, NES, SNES and Genesis text hard to read on the 1.54-inch 1:1 screen.
Does it work as a music player?
Yes. Retro Game Corps tested the built-in media and music players with headphones through the USB-C adapter and found the audio decent, though the menus are clunky.
